Over 25 years’ experience at senior level in human resources and organisational development in international NGOs, not-for profit and commercial organisations, Anna is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (FCIPD), is qualified in Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), Occupational Personality Questionnaire (OPQ), Belbin and is an Associate Member of the Association for Coaching.

Her expertise is inspiring and leading organisational cultural change, directing corporate and HR strategy and planning together with complex organisational restructures ensuring that staff are engaged and informed from the very start. She has project managed cross-organisational working groups to deliver key strategic goals within demanding timeframes and budgets.

Kate has over 20 years’ experience in providing high level administration and business support across many industries and for the last three years has been supporting various companies and individuals as a freelancer through her VA business.

Her background is in the financial and luxury sectors, although she now has a varied client base tailoring her support to their needs.

Kate has been working with Hafton for the past two years providing them and their clients with flexible HR Admin support. She has helped their clients with standardising their documentation, onboarding new staff and setting up new systems as well as supporting Hafton with their marketing. Kate has good attention to detail, a proactive attitude and extensive knowledge of how good admin support can elevate a company.

With over 20 years’ experience working in the international not-for-profit sector as a senior HR Professional, Lilian possesses an apt capability for offering practical people management solutions. Her experience working in multiple countries across sub-Saharan Africa and Asia lends to her vast knowledge of diverse labour laws and socio-cultural nuances that make her interventions contextually practical.

As an experienced coach, engaging trainer and astute facilitator, she uses her strong intuitive capability, coupled with her creativity, to help leaders and their teams to connect to their vision and mission, disentangle perceived obstacles and effectively apply their potential using tried and tested models. Her passion comes from seeing people renew and transform upon realising their latent potential.

Her experience in leading the HR function across borders, and her expertise in managing organizational restructures, facilitating leadership development programmes, and speaking to inspire, enables team to peak their potential and achieve their intended impact. Her academic pursuit in leadership studies at PhD level offers reference to recent research on pertinent leadership questions.

Emma has over 18 years’ experience working in human resources in a range of sectors and organisational cultures. Emma is Chartered member of the CIPD and a mental health first aider.

Emma is a generalist who has a wider range of experience from dealing with all the HR elements of setting up businesses both inside and outside the UK and international restructures to cultural change and process implementation.
