Anna Stobart

Managing Consultant

Over 25 years’ experience at senior level in human resources and organisational development in international NGOs, not-for profit and commercial organisations, Anna is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (FCIPD), is qualified in Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), Occupational Personality Questionnaire (OPQ), Belbin and is an Associate Member of the Association for Coaching.

Her expertise is inspiring and leading organisational cultural change, directing corporate and HR strategy and planning together with complex organisational restructures ensuring that staff are engaged and informed from the very start.  She has project managed cross-organisational working groups to deliver key strategic goals within demanding timeframes and budgets.

Lucy Maxwell Scott

HR Consultant

An independent HR consultant, trainer and facilitator with over 20 years consultancy experience in the not for profit sector.  Her specialisms include reward, performance management, organisational design and development and employee relations.

Her preferred approach to change projects is participatory, building internal knowledge and ownership.  She is a qualified Myers Briggs Administrator and uses it to work with individual and team development.

Lucy’s clients have included international development agencies, infrastructure bodies, learned societies, regulatory bodies, membership organisations, heritage bodies, social care and community charities, faith based charities, health organisations, and trade unions.

Jane Esuantsiwa Goldsmith


Jane is an independent consultant, facilitator, trainer and strategic planner. She has over 17 years’ experience working with more than 100 organisations, worldwide, in the not-for-profit sector.

Through energising, dynamic facilitation, Jane supports women, men and organisations to reach their full potential, and increase their impact. She combines humour with specially designed techniques to create a unique workshop experience, offering participatory approaches which transform organisations and help them to flourish.

Jane has expertise in international development, diversity, human rights, gender, equality and race.  One of her specialties is working with large multi-stakeholder groups, bringing together decision makers to develop shared strategies which make a positive difference to people’s lives.
