We appointed Hafton Consultancy in May 2015 to carry out a diagnostic review of our human resources function in the London Office. Anna, who carried out the review, quickly established credibility with the senior management team and staff as well as trust with the HR team. Her review, report and presentation clearly highlighted the quick wins and medium-term improvements needed as well as a clear strategy and plan to achieve them. We asked her to help implement many of her recommendations.
